In this product line we carry a wide and variable selection. Under the category of books, we have a range of hard and soft cover volumes on a variety of Scottish subjects. We can also access the extensive stocks held by our suppliers to satisfy specific requests from our customers. Our selection of CD’s and cassettes covers the complete range of Piping, folk, Celtic and traditional Scottish music. The selection on hand varies over time, but we can always fulfill special orders on request, if we don’t have what you want in stock. We also carry a range of videocassettes on various Scottish subjects. Again our stock varies with time, and we would be pleased to order specific titles if we don’t have something in stock. In addition to pipe chanters, we also carry some other traditional Celtic musical instruments – the tin or penny whistle, the harmonica, (both of which are also available with an instructional book and tape), and the hand drum, the bodhran. These instruments are ideal for whiling away these long winter evenings, and give a real sense of accomplishment when you are able to bang out and play your very first tune. |
